Hydrogen chloride synthesis equipment anti-corrosion material

Impermeable graphite has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive environments, including boiling point hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, ammonia fluoride, phosphoric acid, lye, organic solvents, and the like. Only strong oxidizing media such as nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, bromine and fluorine can destroy it. The type of impervious graphite differs depending on the corrosion resistance of the impregnated resin. For example, the phenolic resin impregnated acid-resistant but alkali-resistant sterol resin impregnated is both acid and alkali resistant. The graphite can be oxidized in a reducing atmosphere at a temperature of two thousand to three thousand ℃ in an oxidizing atmosphere at 400 ℃. The impervious graphite varies with the impregnating agent and is generally impregnated with phenolic or decyl alcohol at temperatures below one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius. The German advanced technology of graphite and French advanced graphite temperature resistance of more than 400 ℃, used in the vcm device fixed bed oxygen chloride reactor aftercooler. The life of graphite equipment for anti-corrosion materials of hydrogen chloride synthesis equipment is generally about 18 years.

Non-metallic materials have good corrosion resistance but their use is generally limited by the medium, temperature of use, and the like. PVC is resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, etc., but is not resistant to concentrated nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, ketones, ethers, halogenated hydrocarbons, etc. The application temperature is generally not higher. For example, it can be used as equipment and pipeline lining.
